CASE A-Team!

Hey Aztecs, are you interested in joining Case Action Team? Case Action Team is a group that participates in a Bridge Program designed to provide students interested in joining the CASE Board an opportunity to gain valuable experience in event coordination, marketing & publicity, student leadership, and in CASE Board and

A.S. Policies and procedures. If this is something you would like to do please read the following information. Please keep in mind that Case has MANDATORY meetings and requirements.

  • Group Interview on Monday, Jan. 23, 2012 in Scripps Cottageat noon.
    • The room is limited to a maximum capacity of 60 people.
      • It’s on a first come, first served basis—please plan to arrive early!
    • The CASE Selection Team will narrow this number down to 15 applicants to be individually interviewed.
    • If you made the first cut, you will be notified via phone call and email on the night of Jan. 23. Individual interviews will be assigned to you based off of the availability you provide on page 2. You will be notified by email if you did not make the cut.
      • The interview list and times will be posted next to the entrance of the Cultural Arts & Special Events office, located in Aztec Mesa, Room 108 on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012 at 10 a.m.
      • Individual interviews will be conducted Tuesday, Jan. 24th through Friday, Jan. 27th (times TBD). Those who are interviewed will be notified of their acceptance status via a formal email on Friday, Jan. 27th.
  • CASE Board Meetings every Monday beginning Jan. 30thfrom noon-1 p.m in Aztec Mesa, Room 107.
    • You are required to achieve a minimum of FIFTEEN (15) points from events you attend.
  • CASE Program Funding (CPF) Meetings every Wednesday, beginning Feb. 1stfrom noon-1 p.m in Aztec Mesa, Room 107.
    • You are required to attend at least ONE (1) CASE Program Funding (CPF) meeting and ONE (1) CPF event during the semester.
  • Bi-weekly CASE A-Team Meetings beginning Monday, Feb. 6th from 1 p.m.-2 p.m in Aztec Mesa, Room 107.

APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MONDAY, JANUARY 23RD AT NOON, to the CASE Vice Chair during the Group Interview located at Scripps Cottage. Late applications will not be accepted.
