Today’s student organizations want to do it all; their creative ideas to accomplish their goals as an organization are endless. Oftentimes, these ideas cannot be carried out in full, because of a lack of funding. With that said, Student Life & Leadership’s very own Richard Eberheart and Lauren Sparacino will be presenting a workshop that will allow student organizations to gain a greater understanding of different types of fundraising opportunities such as service, community partnerships, re-sales, and donations/sponsorships.
Organizations will also learn about the policies that are enforced to regulate each type of fundraiser. Lastly, organizations will gain information on how to actually manage their funds. If your organization would like to gain great knowledgeable insights on how to have successful fundraisers, attending this informative workshop is a great opportunity. There will be two chances to catch this workshop. Both sessions will take place in Student Life & Leadership (Student Services West 1661). The dates are:
- Friday, March 23rd at 2pm
- Tuesday, March 27th at 9am
If you have any questions regarding the workshop, feel free to call the Student Life & Leadership office at 619-594-5221. See you there!
