On Monday October 15th at 7:00pm at the San Diego State University Sports Deck the SDSU Men’s Soccer Team will be battling it out with Point Loma Nazarene for another win.
On Tuesday October 16th in SSE 1200 from 1:00-2:00pm Career Services will be hosting a resume workshop. If you are looking to see what a resume looks like or just want to improve on what you already have this is the perfect opportunity.
If you seem to have some spare time at some point this week From October 15th-October 17th the Jewish Studies for Moral Courage is hosting their second symposium on moral courage: Survival In Sarajevo: Jews, Muslims and Christians Working Together During the Bosnian War. This event is free to all who want to attend and features internationally renowned photographers, filmmakers, musicians and activists. The event will highlight the unique role of Sarajevo’s Jewish community during the five year siege of the city some twenty years ago.

On October 18th in the Student Life & Leadership office from 3:00pm to 4:00pm is the first FREE Leadership Development Workshop: What Conflict Style Do You Lead With? This presentation discusses an uncomfortable yet important leadership experience: managing conflict. Participants are asked to define their own conflict style and compare it to the styles of others. Through group facilitation the group trades tips on managing conflict. It is an hour long and FREE! So be sure to stop by!
Also on October 18th from 5:00pm-7:00pm in the Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center there will be an event titled: Think Pink. Here there will be interactive competitions and prizes as well as Cancer prevention tips. There will also be special guest speaker and Olympic Gold Medalist, Keshia Baker.
