This Week @ SDSU (11/19)

Hey Aztecs! With Thanksgiving just round the corner the only thing on your mind is probably the travel back home and that yummy turkey for Thursday! But we just want to remind you that there are a few activities on campus for you to get into prior to the start of your lovely holiday break!

On Tuesday, November 20th, there’s a super cool event going on called “What Drives Your Life?” The event will be located at the Campanile Flagpole and is hosted by Aztec Creative Solutions, a student created agency on campus. This agency is working on creating an Integrated Marketing campaign for Chevrolet this semester! For the event they’ll be bringing newer modeled Chevrolet cars to campus! Stop by, check out some cars, and get the chance to receive some free give-aways!

On Wednesday, Novemeber 21st, help put our Men’s Basketball team in the holiday spirit by supporting them at their game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions at 7:30pm in Viejas Arena! There’s never a wrong time to support our athletics and show Aztec PRIDE!

On Saturday, November 24th, (in just enough time for the Thanksgiving food coma to wear-off) hop in front of the television or sit next to the radio to enjoy the Aztec Football game against Wyoming as they compete for the Mountain West Championship title!!! This could be our first championship title since joining the Mountain West! Attaining the title in the season just before our exit to the Big East is the definition of going out with a bang! The game starts at 1:30pm MT and airs on Time Warner Cable SportsNet and KOGO 95.7 FM and AM 600.

Enjoy these lovely Aztec activities but most importantly, enjoy your break!
