At San Diego State, the Aztec students pride themselves on serving the community. This weekend isn’t any different. The Good Neighbor Program is sub-committee of Associated Students that prides itself on the service to the community and external involvement. Bree Lutjens, the chair of the Good Neighbor Program, coordinates monthly events in which San Diego State students go out and network with the neighboring community. This weekend is a trash pick-up that will occur this Sunday from 10am-1pm. Fraternities and sororities from the IFC and Panhellenic councils will be leading the charge for this event. They will be meeting at the ARC turnaround before 10AM.
Don’t miss out on this great opportunity. If somehow you can’t make it, don’t worry, there will be one in March!!
