On April 8th there will be a lecture series on world affairs titled The Responsibility to Protect: Libya the Problems of Transnational Solidarity.  According to the Charles Hostler Institute on World Affairs website it will be hosted by Dr. Cubukco who is a lecturer in human rights at the department of Sociology and the Center for the Study of Human Rights at the London School of Economics and participated in the World Tribunal on Iraq.  This event will be held in Peterson Gym room 242 from 5:00pm-6:40pm.

On April 11th at 6:00pm in the Smith Recital Hall the Joe Jewell Psychedelic Trio will be having a concert.  This trio of amazing artists performs music from artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Curtis Mayfield and T-Bone Walker.

On April 12th starting at 6:00pm in Hepner Hall 221 the Asian Pacific Student Alliance will be holding their 17th annual Fashion Talent Show.  There will be multiple talents from SDSU APSA students such as dancing, singing, and poetry.  To top it all off the will be celebrity performances from Lil’ Crazed, US and Julianne Manalo.  This is one of their biggest events of the year and is a must see if you are looking for some amazing student talent.  Not to mention it is free to anyone who would like to attend.
