If you are on campus this week, there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved and keep entertained! The first opportunity comes to you from the Sigma Alpha Zeta sorority. This week on campus the sorority will be promoting “Domestic Violence Awareness Week” across campus.
If you can play an instrument or sing, SDSU’s Aztec Student Union Board is hosting an open mic night in front of the residence halls on Thursday, Oct. 10 at 5 pm! Come watch fellow students perform and enjoy some refreshments! Also on Thursday, Aztecs have the opportunity to switch up their lunch breaks and stroll through the weekly farmer’s market scene for some fresh new flavors.
If students are looking for adventures while in college, the CEA Glocal Education Study Abroad center will be out on the Campanile Walkway with information on how to travel to different countries and study at the same time. Many students who have studied abroad while in school and have said it was one of the best experiences of their lives. This week SDSU definitely has events that you will not want to miss out on!
