The Campus Life Movie Series Presents: Tonight, Miss Representation @ 7pm and Wednesday, The Campaign @ 2pm

What’s up Aztecs!

The Campus Life Movie Series is entering its second month on campus and is offering three free movie screenings that include an engaging discussion after the film.

The movies for the month of March touch on issues including the misrepresentation of women by the media, the efforts made to defeat Proposition 8, and the impact on California’s economy, law enforcement, social and education systems if all Mexicans were to “disappear” from the state.

  • @ Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union Theatre
  • Like drawing back a curtain to let bright light stream in, Miss Representation uncovers a glaring reality we live with every day but fail to see.

The Campaign

The Campaign

  • Wednesday, March 12 at 2 pm
  • @ Center for Leadership and Community Service (second floor of the Aztec Student Union in the Student Life & Leadership offices)
  • The story of the hard fought battle to defeat California’s Proposition 8 and defend same-sex marriage.
